What we collect: when you send the contact form or the membership form, we receive the details you enter — your name, email address and, if you give them, your phone number, organisation, home municipality and message.

Why: to answer your message and to keep the register of members required by the Finnish Associations Act. The legal basis is your request, our legitimate interest in replying, and our legal duty to keep a register of members.

How long: messages are deleted when they are no longer needed, at the latest after 24 months. Member details are kept while you are a member.

Sharing: we do not sell or share your details. Our website host stores the site data in the EU.

Cookies: this website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Maps load from Google only if you click “Show map”.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your details, and you can complain to the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
